Refund policy

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

Scrolls & Clearance Goods: Cottonwood Shanty does NOT accept any returns/exchanges on the paper scrolls/clearance goods (with the exception of any products that may have arrived damaged or incorrect during shipping). To eliminate the problem of returns/exchanges, please double-check the provided scroll measurements to ensure the scroll will fit in the desired location. Cottonwood Shanty is NOT responsible for sizing issues due to lack of measuring on customers behalf.

Other Goods: Cottonwood Shanty will accept returns/exchanges on non-seasonal items up to 14 days after receipt of purchase for in shoppe purchases OR 14 days after the online order has been delivered. Please send us an email at info@cottonwoodshanty.com with the reason for the return and we will send further instructions for submitting the return. All customers are responsible for shipping costs to return undesired items back to Millersburg, Ohio. If desired, Cottonwood Shanty can provide a discounted return label to be deducted from the final refund amount.

Apparel: Cottonwood Shanty will accept returns/exchanges on non-clearance apparel up to 7 days after receipt of purchase for in shoppe purchases OR 7 days after the online order has been delivered. Clothing items must have the original tags attached, no makeup stains/blemishes and must not be washed/worn. Please send us an email at info@cottonwoodshanty.com with the reason for the return and we will send further instructions for submitting the return. All customers are responsible for shipping costs to return undesired items back to Millersburg, Ohio. If desired, Cottonwood Shanty can provide a discounted return label to be deducted from the final refund amount. Please allow 1-3 days for inspection/processing of the apparel exchange/refund.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT SHIPMENTS:

Any damages must be noted and filed in full with the Cottonwood Shanty team at info@cottonwoodshanty.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s). Please be sure to include your name, order number, and the reason you are seeking a return/replacement of your product(s) – including any applicable photographs showing the damage or incorrect product. Any damaged shipments must have photos of the box, packing material and broken goods or they won't be accepted for making a shipping claim.
