Shipping policy

SHIPPING- All in-stock items currently ship in 1-4 business days after being placed online. If you purchase an item that is PREORDER/REPRINT- your order will ship within 8-12 business days. You will be notified via email when your order has been completed and shipped. Please understand that all scrolls are rolled and hand packaged, one by one, by the Cottonwood Shanty team and therefore may take a couple of days of packaging time.

CANADIAN SHIPPING- Canadian customers understand there may be additional import fees with the carrier of their choice. Cottonwood Shanty is not responsible for any accrued shipping rates from the international shipping carrier. All Canadian orders are non-refundable/exchangeable once the order is placed.

PICKUP- Interested in purchasing online and picking up in Shoppe? Place your order online and choose the pickup option. You will then be notified via text/email when your order is ready for pickup.
