Palmetto Honey- Full-bodied, robust and herbal in flavor with woody overtones. It's amber in color, lighter and thinner in consistency than most honeys and pairs well with hard cheeses, meats and citrus. Palmetto berries are known to be extremely high in fatty acids & sterols, often used in herbal support for prostate health.
Tupelo Honey- Tupelo is light & golden hone with buttery undertones & smooth in texture. It has a complex herbal and fruity flavors and pairs well with baked goods and robust cheeses such as blue. Pure Tupelo never crystallizes and is considered the “Cadillac” of honey by many!
